This really lovely camp site is located in the heart of Tuscany, in the hilly countryside of Chianti, renowned for its delicious wines. The town of Figline Valdarno is situated, as its name suggests, in the Arno valley, just below Florence in the direction of Arezzo.

This is a camp site for the whole family; you can enjoy the wonderful climate, the countryside and of course the lovely amenities at this special camp site! The beautiful aquapark is possibly the best example: several pools a shallow pool with islands for small children, a water slide, jet streams and an indoor swimming pool. Besides which there is a fitness room with a sauna, massage, bubble baths...what a choice! The centerpoint of the camp site is the historic Tuscan Villa Norcenni including a wine cellar full of Chianti wines. You can sample the wonderful local specialities in the Girasole restaurant, enjoy the unsurpassed Tuscan ambiance and have wonderful views of the surroundings. A camping holiday which makes you think you are staying on a country estate.

The campsite lies between the cultural cities of Florence and Siena and not too far from the medieval village of San Gimignano. A visit to this fascinating place is a must. The campsite makes this all very easy for you, by organising various day trips! Norcenni Girasole Camping Village is a perfect base in all seasons for day trips to places such as Florence and Pisa. You can drive along narrow country lanes to e.g. Siena. There is so much culture and countryside in Tuscany that you will run out of time!
