Recreatiepark Arnhem
At Recreatiepark Arnhem you will be camping in an ideal spot: on the edge of the Veluwe national park yet still close to the city of Arnhem, a great place for a day out. In Arnhem and surroundings you can visit Burgers Zoo, the National Open Air Museum, the Kröller-Müller modern art museum, the Koningin Julianatoren amusement park and the Apenheul money park. Het Loo Palace is also well worth visiting The Hoog Veluwe National Park is ideal for long walks or cycle trips.

Recreatiepark Arnhem offers you a heated swimming pool (which can be roofed over in bad weather), and a children's pool with play equipment. There is also a wellness section; try the whirlpool or relax in the sauna or in the Turkish steam bath. You can sunbathe outside on the lawn. Children will have it all their own way with the entertainment team who will play games with them and organise sports competitions. But adults too are entertained; there are regular shows and performances (in summer). The camp site also has a large pirate playground with a bouncy castle, tennis court, minigolf course, basketball field and bike hire. Children are also welcome in the craft room. You can eat well in Recreatiepark Arnhem's restaurant. If you prefer to cook yourself you can do your shopping in the supermarket.
