Du Bois de Reveuge****
Camping Du Bois de Reveuge has every right to call itself a 4 star camp site. You will be spoilt with ‘Grand Confort’ here! And this in a wonderful location in the Doubs region of eastern France, in the heart of the renowned tourist areas of the Jura, Vogues and Alsace, not far from the Swiss border.

The camp site is located in a 24 hectare holiday park with undulating meadows, woods and small lakes. Most activities in the park are free, including archery, pedalos, canoes and (carp) fishing in the lake on the camp site, and in high season swimming, sailing and canoeing in the recreational lake at Fallon (9 hectares in size, 16 km away). Equally the two swimming pools on the site (one indoors) are also free. One is equipped with lovely water slides and the other can be covered over so children can enjoy a dip when the weather is not so good. Children can also go pony riding on the site while adults can make trips out on horseback. Mountain bikes can be rented locally as a way of getting to know the delightful surroundings better, and walks are organised.

Other trips out will take you to the restored fortresses of Besançon and Belfort, Mulhouse Zoo and the interesting Peugeot car and bicycle museum in Sochaux. If this is your first camping holiday in this part of France you will be stunned by the beautiful Jura and Alsace landscape and the many characteristic French villages.
