Domaine de Ker Ys***
Ker Ys is the name of mythical city (Ker means 'city' in Breton language). According to folklore there was a city situated on the Douarnenez bay that was washed away during heavy floods. However, this will not apply to this campsite. Whilst it is located near the beach of Domaine de Ker Ys, it is well protected against the elements. There is plenty of water at the campsite, but only for fun. Children will have a great time playing in the well designed swimming pool with water slides and separate children's pool. There is a boules pitch, a games hall and a sports field. From the campsite you can walk into Saint-Nic and stroll down its boulevard with its friendly shops, terraces and restaurants. Just behind this area is a long and attractive sandy beach.
